Ideal for Trail runners who want a roomy toe box, a natural low-drop feel, and a cushioned, waterproof shoe for long outings on wet and technical terrain.
Trail shoes in NORMA's database last between 320 and 850 km across 315 models. At 560 km, the Topo Ultraventure 5 Gtx sits in the lower half of that range.
The Topo Ultraventure 5 GTX is a max-cushion trail shoe built for wet conditions and technical ground. It pairs a Gore-Tex Invisible Fit membrane for waterproofing with a Vibram Megagrip outsole for grip on slick and muddy surfaces. The ZipFoam midsole delivers plenty of cushioning for long days out, while Topo's signature roomy toe box lets the toes splay naturally and a snugger heel and midfoot lock the foot in place. A low drop (Topo's range runs from 0 to 5 mm) encourages a natural, midfoot-to-forefoot stride. This is a preview based on a show launch rather than a full field test, so ride details are provisional, but the design points to a comfortable, protective long-distance trail companion for wet-weather use.
